Bradley picked up its fourth consecutive win, beating Radford 70-61 in a Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off campus game Friday evening.
The Braves held off a late charge by the Highlanders in the second half. Bradley led by many as 17 points midway through the half, but Radford moved to within five points with 3:04 left to play. Bradley’s Darrell Brown drained a 3-pointer late to secure the win, finishing with 14 points. Nate Kennell recorded a season-high 20 points to lead all scorers, while Elijah Childs grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds. Cle’Von Greene collected 15 points off the bench for Radford.
Bradley will battle Northwestern in the second semifinal matchup of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off on Nov. 25 in Southwest Florida.

Northwestern claimed a 70-59 win over Norfolk State on Friday night in a campus game of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off.
Ryan Young recorded his first career double-double, leading the Wildcats with a career-high 19 points and 12 rebounds. Pete Nance chipped in 17 points, while Miller Kopp had 11 points. The ‘Cats connected on 27 of 30 shots from the free throw line, which was good for a season-high 90 percent, while the Spartans shot just 50 percent from the charity stipe. Norfolk State’s Jermaine Bishop tallied a game-best 24 points.
Northwestern will turn its attention to the semifinals of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off, where it will take on Bradley in the nightcap on Nov. 25.

The Panthers were dominant throughout, leading the entire game from start to finish. They built upon a 31-18 halftime advantage and were led by freshman Justin Champagnie who scored 18 points and collected six rebounds. Xavier Johnson had 13 points, while Eric Hamilton notched 12 points and a game-high eight rebounds. Pitt capitalized on the Golden Lions’ mistakes, leading to 22 points off turnovers. UAPB’s Markedric Bell led all scorers with 21 points and added six rebounds.

K-State took care of business to stay unbeaten on the season with a 62-51 triumph over Arkansas-Pine Bluff in its final campus game of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off.
The Wildcats (4-0) pulled away from the Golden Lions in the second half with 35 points after the two teams were knotted at 27 at halftime. K-State was able to hold off Arkansas-Pine Bluff’s perimeter attack to 0-for-7 during the final 20 minutes and collected 20 points off turnovers to just six for the Golden Lions. Xavier Sneed led the Wildcats with 21 points and six rebounds, while Marquell Carter recorded a game-high 22 points and nine boards for Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
K-State will rest before heading south for the first semifinal game of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off against Pitt on Nov. 25.

Bradley cruised to a 69-57 victory over Norfolk State Tuesday night in a Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off campus game.
The Braves were balanced throughout the game as five players scored in double digits, while holding a 19-8 advantage in assists. Senior forward Koch Bar led the Braves with 15 points and a game-high eight rebounds. Classmate Darrell Brown chipped in 13 points and dished out a game-best eight assists. Bradley took advantage of Norfolk State’s miscues, scoring 19 points off turnovers. Spartan Joe Bryant led all players with 17 points, while Jermaine Bishop added 14 points.
Bradley will host Radford on Friday in its final campus game before a meeting with Northwestern on Nov. 25 in the second semifinal matchup of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off in Southwest Florida.

Pitt pulled away from Monmouth in the second half, scoring 42 points in the last 20 minutes to win 63-50 in a campus game of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off.
Pitt held a two-point lead over the Hawks heading into halftime, 21-19, before the offense started to click. The Panthers shot over 63 percent from the field in the second half with sophomore guard Trey McGowens leading the way with a game-high 16 points and six rebounds. Classmate Xavier Johnson went on a run and scored nine points in the first six minutes in the second half. He recorded 13 of his 15 total points after halftime. Freshman Justin Champagnie recorded a game-best 10 rebounds along with 12 points for the Panthers. Monmouth’s Mustapha Traore led the Hawks with 12 points, while Ray Salnave had 10 points and seven boards.
Pitt returns to the court on Thursday to take on Arkansas-Pine Bluff at home in its second Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off campus game before heading to Southwest Florida to battle Kansas State in the semifinals on Nov. 25.
Kansas State Defeats Monmouth in Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off Campus Game
Kansas State scored 53 points in the second, shooting 64 percent from the field to defeat Monmouth, 73-54 in a campus game of the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off. The Wildcats move to 3-0 on the season.
Wildcat senior Xavier Sneed led the way with 15 points and five steals, while classmate Makol Mawien added 11 points and nine rebounds, and junior Cartier Diarra added eight points and seven assists. K-State struggled with its first-half shooting, finishing 8-of-28 in the first half, and 0-of-10 from 3-point range. The Wildcats flipped the script in the second half, holding Monmouth to 27 percent shooting in the second half. Ray Salnave finished with a game-high 20 points off the bench for Monmouth.
